Kovalchuk Update
According to a source and some close to Kovalchuk, his deal with the
Russian team contains a clause that he can get out of until oct 5th.
(E4)...at that point he will be obligated to play in russia for the
season. Kovalchuk has been telling people his first choice is still to
play in Atlanta...stay tuned..the plot thickens
